Elite rents LED walls, LED screens, and LED video walls for corporate events, concerts, and trade shows, from high-definition flat panels to curved, modular, and freestanding builds. Every rental includes the design, the delivery, the install, technicians on site through show hours, and the strike.

The part that decides whether it looks right is the spec. A wall built for a 5,000-seat general session is the wrong wall for a 40-person executive briefing, and the difference shows up on camera before it shows up to the eye. We spec to your room, your content, and your sightlines rather than to whatever is on the shelf.

Indoor and outdoor LED walls

The workhorse of the inventory. Flat panel walls for general sessions, keynotes, product launches, and booth backdrops, in a pitch range wide enough to cover a boardroom screen and an arena backdrop from the same product family.

Curved and creative LED

For when a flat rectangle is not the idea. Curved walls that wrap a stage, shaped elements that frame a reveal, and modular builds that behave like scenic rather than like a screen.

All-in-one mobile LED

Self-contained freestanding walls on wheels, with no rigging or truss required. They roll in, power up in minutes, and add a big screen to a lobby or breakout room without a structural conversation. Our team sets them and they are running before doors.

Which pixel pitch your room actually needs

Pixel pitch is the distance between LEDs, and it decides the closest someone can stand before the image breaks into dots. It is the one spec worth understanding before you take a quote, because it is where money gets wasted in both directions: a pitch too coarse looks like a scoreboard, and a pitch too fine costs multiples more for a difference nobody in the room can see.

Brightness matters second, and mostly outdoors or in a room you cannot darken. A wall that looks brilliant in a blacked-out ballroom washes out under a skylight. Tell us where the light is coming from and we will spec to that rather than to a number on a sheet.

There are companies that will drop panels on your dock and hand you a spare power cable. The quote looks better and it is a different product. What you are buying from us is the part that happens after the truck leaves: the person who knows the signal path, standing in your room, when a panel goes dark forty minutes before doors.

LED wall rental case studies

HINO Trucks, XL8 reveal

CHALLENGE

HINO was entering the Class 8 truck market in the US for the first time and needed a reveal nobody in the commercial truck industry had seen. The trucks had to stay completely hidden through two days of an open trade show hall, then appear on a single cue.

SOLUTION

We built a 360-degree ground-level enclosure from 288 PixelFLEX FLEXlite Plus panels at 3.9mm pitch, ran content across it for the first two days, and
rigged the structure to twelve Kinesys one-ton motors so the entire wall could lift on one cue.

RESULT

The trucks stayed concealed through two days at the 2018 Work Truck Show in Indianapolis. On day three the enclosure lifted in front of more than 2,000 spectators.

WHY 3.9MM WAS RIGHT

Exhibit hall viewing distances put the audience 10 to 30 feet out, and press cameras were shooting it. A finer pitch would have tripled the panel cost with nothing visible to gain.
